📋 Description

• Develop and deploy LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines • Design AI architectures incorporating retrieval, embeddings, vector databases, and tool-use integrations • Connect AI components to existing systems and data sources • Develop clean, high-performance services, primarily in Python • Integrate with .NET/C# components and, where applicable, Microsoft Dynamics environments • Design interfaces and end-to-end data flows • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve solution quality • Collaborate within the interdisciplinary Lekker Code team • Actively contribute to building the AI capabilities area

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of software development experience with a clear focus on Python • Ability to write clean, maintainable code • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work • Practical experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and RAG, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex • Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and prompt/context engineering • Experience working on agile projects, particularly using Scrum or Kanban • Fluent German, including professional negotiation-level proficiency • C#/.NET experience is an advantage but not required • Openness to working with additional technologies depending on the project
