đź“‹ Description
• Lead the end-to-end management of global corporation tax compliance, acting as the main liaison for external advisers across all tax jurisdictions. • Monitor global PE risk and ensure adherence to local regulations. • Assist with VAT compliance and filings in multiple countries, learning from complex international scenarios. • Support the finance team to identify opportunities to streamline tax workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance automation. • Conduct tax research, including VAT implications for new markets and employment tax considerations for our expanding global workforce. • Partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into everyday decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have experience in a corporate tax environment • ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical foundations in corporate tax • Solid understanding of UK corporate tax, with knowledge of IFRS and international subsidiary structures • Experience coordinating with external tax advisers and managing responses • Familiarity with U.S. tax reporting, VAT, or employment taxes • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software for analysis and reporting
