📋 Description

• Liaise with Standards collaborators to capture and analyze business needs for assigned projects • Analyze business impacts of requirements and detail As-Is and To-Be processes • Identify project benefits and align them with strategic goals • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and advance issues for remediation • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key business collaborators • Produce and deliver agreed project work and key achievements • Contribute to improvements in project delivery within the team • Engage effectively with teams across LGC IT and the Standards business unit

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including substantial time in a Senior or Lead role • Formal practitioner-level qualification in business analysis and requirements definition • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CRM projects • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies • Proficiency with Jira and MS Visio for detailing business requirements • Ability to analyze and clearly articulate business impacts of requirements • Outstanding communication skills with senior business representatives • Highly organized, able to define projects and drive them to completion according to plan • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to adapt positively to changing priorities and project challenges • Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and tackle challenges • Outstanding attention to detail • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong team orientation valuing collaboration and inclusion
