📋 Description

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Devote up to 75% of your time to identifying and soliciting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. • Deal Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of prospects to qualify opportunities and ensure alignment with our health IT workforce management solutions. • Upsell and Client Management: Allocate the remaining time to fostering relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Quota Management: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals. • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the health IT solutions industry. • Located in, or able to work within, the Ontario to British Columbia region. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques. • This position requires an excellent level of English, as you will work with documentation primarily in English and communicate orally and in writing with partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues who are mainly English-speaking. • A good knowledge of French will be considered an asset.
