📋 Description

• Assist with management of eDiscovery cases • Drive work through operational departments to meet litigation project requests • Create work orders for data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production tasks • Complete quality checks for accuracy and completeness before releasing work product to clients • Maintain understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors, and industry tools • Understand Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and workflow-management tools • Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders • Manage the pod’s work request queue • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or JD a plus • 4+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years of eDiscovery experience • Relativity experience required • PMP certification a plus • Strong analytical and logical skills • Strong project management skills • Ability to interpret written and oral instructions • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload • Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material • May be required to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends
