📋 Description

• Own the regional fleet allocation engine: Build, maintain, and improve the models, logic, and decision frameworks used to determine fleet allocation • Develop dashboards, trackers, datasets, and recurring reports for regional teams • Quantify allocation options across demand, utilization, revenue, ROI, and constraints • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for better decisions • Provide analytical foundation for annual planning and budget forecasting • Create repeatable frameworks and decision rules for allocation decisions • Work with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and local markets • Monitor post-allocation outcomes and improve allocation frameworks • Identify weaknesses in tools and data flows to build better processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy and operations, business intelligence, consulting, project management, or another analytical role • Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data management skills • SQL and dashboard-building experience • Able to turn messy data, operational context, and financial inputs into clear recommendations, priorities, and trade-off decisions • Proven ability to support cross-functional projects from planning through execution • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understands whether a plan is practical and executable for local teams • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity • Comfortable working across regions and time zones • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
