• Implement automated testing using AI and other tools • Participate in manual testing prior to deployments • Ensure post-deployment issues are minimized • Monitor website performance and errors using specialized tools • Respond to testing and support requests from other departments • Understand and support multiple internal and external platforms • Make sure that we meet the highest quality standards for the web and more
🎯 Requirements
• Strong ability to understand complex systems and their interactions • Experience in setting up automated testing (with or without code) • Experience conducting thorough and relevant tests • Experience providing support for complex systems • Excellent organizational skills • Genuine interest in assisting others through testing and support • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools or applications (Asset) • Experience with code-based automated testing frameworks
