📋 Description

• Support execution of structured finance and leveraged finance transactions from signing through closing • Assist with preparation, review and management of transaction documentation • Coordinate transaction processes and manage critical workstreams across multiple stakeholders • Prepare and maintain transaction checklists, conditions precedent trackers, closing agendas and execution documents • Manage signing and closing processes and ensure transaction milestones are met • Liaise with clients, lenders, borrowers, trustees, financial institutions and external advisers • Monitor transaction timetables and escalate issues that may affect delivery deadlines • Manage post-completion requirements, filing obligations and transaction records • Provide regular transaction status updates to lawyers and other stakeholders • Undertake additional tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• LPC, SQE, law degree or equivalent legal qualification, including foreign-qualified lawyers • Experience supporting complex financing transactions, including structured finance, leveraged finance, banking or other debt-related transactions • Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, legal documentation and deal execution processes • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced transactional environment • Proactive and resilient approach, remaining calm and effective under pressure • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience liaising with lawyers, clients, financial institutions and external advisers • Flexibility to work longer hours when required, including overlap with Asia-Pacific time zones • Highly detail-oriented, with strong commitment to quality and client service
