📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share • Promote Littelfuse products and technologies to key accounts, highlighting their benefits and applications • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions • Provide insight on new products needed by the key customer segment • Collaborate with internal teams and global counterparts to ensure share capture and seamless delivery of products and services globally • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities • Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 5 years experience in account management or sales, preferably within the electronics or technology industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%, West Coast)
