📋 Description

• Own the North American pipeline target and build quarterly plans to achieve it • Design and run field events, executive dinners, webinars, industry programs, and integrated campaigns • Translate pipeline goals into channel-level targets, budgets, and forecasts • Report clearly on demand-generation performance • Partner with Sales on program conversion, handoffs, follow-up, and pipeline quality • Build campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure from scratch • Identify scalable channels and discontinue ineffective programs • Define Lorikeet’s demand-generation playbook and lay the foundation for the future team and budget • Help build pipeline-generation operations for Lorikeet, an AI company providing complex customer-support automation for fintech, healthtech, marketplace, and delivery businesses

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS • Foundational experience at a public software company learning best-in-class demand generation • 2–3 years at an early-stage startup of approximately under 100 people building demand generation from zero • Hands-on experience with field events, webinars, executive dinners, industry programs, and integrated campaigns • Experience working backwards from revenue targets and defending pipeline mathematics • Experience choosing channels, setting up systems, and owning outcomes with limited resources • High autonomy and strong follow-through • Focus on pipeline quality, not only volume • Curiosity about AI and interest in defining an AI-first company • Willingness to work in North America / US remote location • Applicants from under-represented backgrounds encouraged to apply
