• You will develop and advance our forward-looking People & Culture strategy that actively promotes our company values and remote-first culture. • You will work closely with the executive team to align HR decisions strategically with company objectives. • You will ensure every team member feels heard and serve as the primary contact for questions about development opportunities and workplace satisfaction. • You will be responsible for leading the HR team and finalizing recruiting processes.
