• Make outbound calls to leads from our CRM • Elicit needs and interest from leads during conversations • Schedule appointments with the setter team for qualified leads • Update lead status and notes in the CRM and Aircall • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead handling • Take on the role of a lead hunter and support our team by not only contacting leads but also qualifying them • If you determine a lead does not have the desired deal status, proactively help identify the next step in the process and secure potential deals • Play a key role in our value chain to provide our closers with the best opportunities • If you find there are not enough deals, also act as a deal hunter to generate more valuable business closures
• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a remote environment • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot • Basic understanding of lead generation and qualification • Foundational knowledge of online marketing and sales • Confident use of communication tools for remote work (Slack, Aircall, Google Meet, etc.)
