📋 Description

• Own product analytics across different product lines • Define and track success metrics and targets aligned with Product and Company strategy • Craft data stories that guide product leaders in critical decisions • Collaborate with engineers to develop reusable, scalable data products • Define event instrumentation and taxonomy practices for event-driven architecture and self-service analytics • Enable Product and GTM teams on event instrumentation and insight generation • Increase data literacy and empower teams to self-serve insights • Evaluate and apply LLMs and AI tooling to accelerate query generation, dashboard building, and insight synthesis • Connect product usage to commercial outcomes such as win/loss, expansion, and renewal • Scale repeatable analyses and automations • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics, analytics engineering, or data science role • Significant experience directly supporting product teams in B2B companies • Expertise in product analytics fundamentals, including metric trees, experimentation, user activity and retention analytics, funnels, and customer segmentation • Excellent SQL skills • Strong experience using dbt for data transformations • Experience coding in Python • Strong experience with data modelling for scale and reusability • Demonstrated experience using current LLM offerings to improve workflows or results, with concrete examples and measurable impact • Experience working with event-based tracking data for web or mobile • Hands-on experience with a behavioral analytics tool such as Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel • Ability to communicate findings succinctly and clearly to varied stakeholders • Relevant cross-functional project experience with GTM, Customer Success, RevOps, or Product Marketing • Must be based in and authorized to work in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal
