📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for programs affecting multiple services, including architecture migrations, compliance remediation, and legacy system sunsets • Partner with Product Management and GTM stakeholders on platform changes with customer-facing impact • Coordinate rollouts, communications, external commitments, and engineering delivery • Drive adoption of shared platform capabilities across engineering teams • Manage multi-team migrations involving downstream consumers, external commitments, and legacy constraints • Run dependency maps, risk logs, decision records, and recurring program check-ins • Measure delivery health using incident counts, adoption rates, and time-to-land • Embed with engineering leadership and improve planning, tracking, and delivery communication • Surface cross-team dependencies early and establish self-sustaining delivery mechanisms

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running complex, cross-functional technical programs • Ability to shape technical decisions, not merely track them • Ability to participate effectively in deep engineering conversations • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity using lightweight mechanisms • Experience working with infrastructure, data pipelines, internal APIs, or other engineering-team consumers • Experience managing migrations or system sunsets with downstream impact • Direct, concise communication and written decision documentation • Comfort with Jira, Confluence, and modern engineering toolchains • Background in infrastructure, data engineering, or applied AI/ML platforms (nice to have) • Experience in a SaaS company undergoing platform consolidation or modernization (nice to have) • Familiarity with SLOs or monitoring practices as delivery signals (nice to have) • Must be currently based in and legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland
