📋 Description
• Lead commercial legal support for EMEA customer relationships • Draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, and AI-related terms • Work with go-to-market teams to structure deals, balance risk, and enable revenue growth • Advise on European data protection and privacy frameworks, including GDPR and ePrivacy Directive • Oversee elements of the company’s data protection compliance program • Monitor evolving AI and data regulations across the EU and UK • Help shape compliance efforts as new frameworks take effect • Build scalable legal infrastructure, including templates and playbooks
