📋 Description

• Lead commercial contracting function across all product groups, including batteries, concrete, composites, and sensors • Serve as the primary advisor on contract risk, liability, indemnification, warranty, intellectual property, and termination provisions • Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts spanning supply, distribution, manufacturing, and vendor agreements • Build out contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to drive continuous process improvement • Support Lyten’s rapid growth and global operations working closely with Sales, Procurement, Product, and Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of seven years’ legal experience focused on commercial transactions in the technology sector • Strong drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills • Practical approach to risk • Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced environment • Experience supporting both U.S. and EU transactions • Familiarity with export control and trade compliance • Comfort with AI tools and contract lifecycle management platforms.
