📋 Description

• Own design outcome on complex product areas, from discovery to delivery • Run research and validation activities, and turn insights into product decisions • Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across platforms • Partner with product and engineering to create solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Use data, research, and design judgment to improve outcomes • Contribute to consistency through patterns, components, and design system practices • Communicate decisions clearly through rationale, storytelling, and evidence • Contribute to design quality through collaboration and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex problems • Solid research and validation skills • Experience designing complex digital products across multiple platforms, ideally desktop-first • Strong systems thinking and attention to scalability and edge cases • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in iterative environments • Data-informed mindset and comfort using qualitative and quantitative signals • A technical background or comfort with technically complex products is a plus • High craft standards in interaction, visual design, and prototyping • Experience in SaaS or B2B products is strongly preferred • Experience with AI-enabled features or workflows is a strong plus • Fluent in English, written and spoken
