📋 Description

• Design and run onboarding, offboarding, and the full employee lifecycle • Build and maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks • Coordinate global payroll and contractor agreements across multiple countries • Establish performance management systems tied to measurable output and ownership • Serve as the internal point of contact for employee relations and people questions • Partner with founders on organizational design, compensation strategy, and workforce planning • Own full-cycle recruiting across creative, sales, operations, clinical, and engineering roles • Source and screen technical candidates in Full-Stack, AI/ML, and DevOps without outsourcing to agencies • Manage and optimize the hiring pipeline in Greenhouse • Design interview processes and scorecards that create signal, not noise

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience building people infrastructure at a startup from scratch • Experience combining lifecycle HR administration and recruiting responsibilities • Ability to source, screen, and close technical candidates credibly • Experience recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles • Ability to hold informed conversations with engineers • Strong knowledge of Greenhouse, including configuration • Experience hiring across time zones • Understanding of global remote compliance • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work • Professional-level English communication • Availability to work U.S. business hours
