📋 Description

• Assisting partners, counsel and associates with European Collateralised Loan Obligations ("CLO") transactions • Drafting and reviewing transaction documents and legal opinions • Fielding requests from clients and transaction parties • Supporting with the closing process • Preparing specified forms, letters, and other legal documents • Obtaining documents and certificates from relevant authorities • Conducting searches and creating reports in databases and other document repositories • Proofreading and preparing documents for submission to courts or authorities • Maintaining the integrity of case or transactional documents generated throughout the duration of a case or transaction

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of applications typically used in a legal office environment, including internet searching skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or a paralegal certificate from an American Bar Association (ABA)‑approved programme • Related law firm or title industry experience, preferably as a paralegal.
