📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. • Lead monthly OpEx reporting and collaborate with internal departments. • Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for operational spend. • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable finance frameworks. • Provide financial modeling for market entry and sales optimization. • Collaborate on pricing strategies and partnerships. • Design, manage, and assess sales commission plans. • Prepare materials for Board of Directors and investor reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ PQE CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent. • Proven experience in a high-growth environment (Payments or Fintech preferred). • Experience in FP&A, commercial business partnering, or investment banking. • Managing month-end close processes with Accounting teams. • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling. • Proficiency in SQL / Google BigQuery. • Strong understanding of financial reporting and business performance analytics. • Strategic communication skills. • Project leadership skills. • Analytical rigor and big picture strategic mindset.
