📋 Description

• You will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of developers, a QA Analyst, Product Manager, SRE, and security engineers, developing solutions that delight our customers; • Participate in agile ceremonies with the team (stand-ups, alignment, impediment removal, and planning); • Take part in building and configuring environments, pipelines, and migrations; • Monitor metrics and interpret them to track team health and progress toward goals, proposing improvements where needed throughout the process; • Contribute to defining and maintaining the squad's objectives; • Implement features, fix bugs, and work on improvements to our products; • Teach and learn continuously in a collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Programming language: Ruby • Experience with the Rails framework • Knowledge of dependency management • Object-Oriented Programming • SQL databases • Experience with unit testing • GIT • Good practices for security, testing, and software development • Consumption and development of APIs • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Development of code with asynchronous processing • Experience in code review • Nice to have: • Environment provisioning with Docker • Experience with payments environments and risk analysis • Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (EC2, ECS, S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, RDS, and others) • Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, or others)
