📋 Description

• Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, managing agendas, training invites, technical troubleshooting, and attendance tracking • Manage day-to-day WorkRamp operations, including module setup and automated engagement nudges • Partner with Tech and Clinical teams to monitor and optimize the EHR and technology setup experience • Track provider training progress, identify bottlenecks and drop-off points, and manage onboarding communications • Own end-to-end logistics before and after training, including prerequisites, documentation, and system access • Serve as a primary provider contact and deliver high-standard customer service • Identify provider technical pain points and support mitigation steps to improve training and program KPIs • Identify workflow gaps and help design and implement scalable operational solutions • Collaborate with Clinical, Credentialing, and IT teams to synchronize training delivery and maintain accurate enablement materials • Support onboarding operations and the ongoing Bend integration within the Lyra ecosystem • Pilot solutions in ambiguous situations and make data-driven decisions with incomplete information • Maintain training materials and data across Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of combined relevant work experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a similar enablement field • Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships • Fluency in Google Suite required • Aptitude for and experience with Salesforce, WorkRamp (LMS), Zendesk, Gemini, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) highly preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams • Experience implementing process improvements • Ability to resolve technical issues with a high degree of autonomy • Passion for supporting clinicians in their learning and development
