• Focus on New Business: Proactively reach out to organizations that are not current M-Files customers, using outbound calls, emails, social selling, and creative campaigns to spark interest. • Understand Prospects: Have thoughtful conversations to learn about each prospect’s needs and challenges, ensuring only strong opportunities are passed to the sales team. • Book Discovery Calls: Partner with sales to identify and engage decision-makers, securing discovery meetings that align with our go-to-market strategy. • Use Modern Tools: Make the most of our sales technology stack (including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Gong, and others) to research, personalize, and connect at scale. • Work as a Team: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues across M-Files - sharing insights, refining messaging, and helping us all get better at what we do. • Build Your Network: Act as a brand ambassador for M-Files by attending key industry events, webinars, and prospect meetings - virtually or in person - to expand your market knowledge and build meaningful connections.
• Native German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in inside sales within B2B tech, SaaS, or a fast-paced digital environment. • Comfortable using modern sales tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). • Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback. • A creative problem-solver who enjoys working towards goals and overcoming challenges. • Able to work independently in a remote, international team - self-motivation and accountability are important. • Passionate about building relationships and delivering value, not just hitting numbers.
