• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to hospitals and healthcare organizations in Arabic-speaking countries • Identify and connect with hospital administrators and hospital decision-makers • Introduce the company’s physician and clinical staffing service offerings • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity in the CRM system • Meet defined call, outreach, and meeting-setting targets
• Fluent in Arabic and business-level in English (spoken and written) • Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence • Interest in sales, business development, or healthcare services • Ability to confidently conduct cold outreach and lead qualification • Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills • Prior sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach experience preferred • Background or coursework in business, healthcare administration, or international business preferred • Familiarity with healthcare systems or hospital operations preferred
