📋 Description

• Assist the Client Service team with day-to-day management of quantitative market research studies • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, according to specifications, and in line with client expectations • Manage end-to-end project tasks including link setup and testing, language requests, desk research, quality and audit checks, study invitation setup, sample deployment, exclusion list management, M3 Wallet approvals, invoicing preparation, and cost reconciliation • Build, update, and track sample plans based on screener specifications • Host client pretest and pilot interviews • Identify and implement alternative fieldwork strategies to improve response rates and manage costs • Monitor and manage quantitative project partners throughout the project lifecycle • Alert Project Managers about underperforming fieldwork strategies, timeline risks, and quality concerns, and collaborate on solutions • Coordinate recruitment with Custom Recruitment and Phone teams • Submit requests for multichannel recruitment methodologies, including email campaigns, phone outreach, desk research, SMS, online ads, referral programs, forums, blogs, patient groups, associations, and social media • Send final updates and cost summaries to partners before invoicing • Track, monitor, and report sampling performance and project costs • Assist Project Managers with invoicing and project closure • Attend project meetings and align on specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities • Take and distribute meeting notes and summaries • Address requests from Support Team and other stakeholders • Support Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Directors with administrative tasks and fieldwork planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required • 0–1 year of market research experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel • Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly • Basic math skills, including calculating incidence rate, response rates, and profit • Interest, natural curiosity, or previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space • Strong critical thinking skills • Initiative to improve skills and proactively troubleshoot with Project Managers • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Ability to meet study-specific and departmental objectives • Self-motivated and able to reprioritize tasks throughout the workday • Exceptional time management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Willingness to work UK hours
