📋 Description

• Answer inbound ACD call line and provide prompt, professional customer service to members and insurance companies. • Create new claim files with accurate and complete information. • Regularly access client systems to gather information used to create inventory. • Use multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently. • Work scheduled hours of 9 a.m.–6 p.m., 10 a.m.–7 p.m., or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. EST.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the health insurance, legal, property and casualty or related fields is preferred. • Professional communication skills • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to new tasks • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Word and Excel proficiency required • Availability to work 9 a.m.–6 p.m., 10 a.m.–7 p.m., or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. EST
