📋 Description

• Define and execute the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. • Develop and deploy AI/ML models and build the product. • Architect and oversee the development of a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform. • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team as the company scales. • Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to refine the product vision and ensure technical feasibility. • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to maintain a competitive edge. • Implement best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring to deliver a seamless user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML. • Proficiency in building and deploying AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, recommendation systems, generative AI). • Strong backend development skills (e.g., Python, Node.js) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). • Experience with scalable architectures, APIs, and microservices. • Ability to think like a product manager and design systems that prioritize user experience and business impact. • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or building a product from scratch is a big plus. • Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and lead engineering teams. • A genuine interest in leveraging AI to disrupt traditional industries. • A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
