📋 Description

• Complete onboarding and become familiar with the website stack and processes • Get to know the team • Make small improvements, fixes, and optimizations to existing pages • Own website performance and reliability metrics • Implement tracking improvements and analytics dashboards • Lead technical web projects end-to-end • Become the go-to expert on website performance, Cloudflare, and front-end optimization • Contribute to mentoring, code reviews, and improvements to processes and infrastructure • Report to the Head of Engineering and Creative Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Must be highly proficient in building and maintaining WordPress sites, particularly with Elementor • Experience configuring Cloudflare DNS, CDN, caching rules, and security settings • Strong front-end skills with JavaScript and CSS • Ability to monitor uptime, diagnose issues, and maintain site stability • Hands-on experience improving Core Web Vitals, page speed, and load times • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Ability to implement polished, pixel-perfect designs with an eye for UX • Familiarity with Elementor or similar page builders such as Divi or Beaver Builder • Familiarity with PHP theme/plugin customization in WordPress • Experience with A/B testing and CRO • Familiarity with SEO best practices • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Passion for staying current with web technologies and best practices • Comfortable owning the website independently while collaborating with design and engineering • Technical-first with design sensibilities
