📋 Description

• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound lead response and outbound prospecting • Qualify sales leads based on defined lead qualification criteria • Leverage phone, email, and social networking to connect with prospective customers, identify needs, and qualify interest • Schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives and work closely with the sales team • Leverage prospecting and marketing automation tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness • Manage new contacts and maintain accuracy in Salesforce CRM for long-term pipeline development • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to prospects and build strong relationships • Work as part of a cross-functional team and build strong relationships across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service roles • University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent • Ability to work under pressure • Strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other European language preferred • Goal-oriented with drive and a desire to succeed • Passion for developing new skills and building a network of peers and mentors • Candidate must reside in Germany • Familiarity or willingness to use prospecting and marketing tools and CRM (SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Pardot, Salesforce) • Willingness to consent to a background check; US applicants: participation in E-Verify
