The organization leverages modern technology, including the development of a dedicated TM app, to make meditation accessible to a wider audience while maintaining a remote team primarily situated in North America and Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain the training curriculum and knowledge resources for TM App Teachers and TM Teachers and national offices • Build and maintain training courses, help centers, and training materials • Support national offices through onboarding, helping stakeholders stay aligned and self-sufficient • Write presentation scripts and produce/record training videos • Own and maintain help center content for both audiences • Update training materials alongside product releases • Support national offices adopting MFI tools • Own teacher communications for the app-teacher audience • Build relationships and trust with a multicultural group of national stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Transcendental Meditation Teacher with 5 years' experience • Bonus points if you've already been trained in how to use the TM App to teach TM with the digital course • Experience creating curricula and training content, both live and recorded • Experience managing or maintaining a knowledge base or help center (Intercom or similar) • Comfortable with detailed technical understanding of digital products/platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience documenting processes and keeping materials up to date over time • Experience working with stakeholders across teams or organisations • Experience working in a global non-profit, remote team, or multinational organization preferred • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
