📋 Description

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to identify UX challenges and opportunities through understanding of product vision and requirements • Collaborate with software engineers end to end to maximize impact for users and business and enable trade-offs • Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches • Foster cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering • Understand complex product workflows and distill them into intuitive user flows, consistent component behaviors, and a unified style • Manage the big-picture vision and day-to-day challenges of building a complex user-facing product • Foster a supportive environment within the close team • Collaborate with other company departments to identify synergies and ensure a unified, seamless user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Designer on multiple platforms such as web apps and third-party integrations, or developing and maintaining a Design System • Positive attitude and deep empathy towards end users and team members • Ability to lead the design process through all stages from discovery to final delivery and post-launch analysis • Iterative design approach • Decisions and designs based on data and user knowledge • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to rally teams around a design vision • Comfortable with AI as a baseline skill and ready to help design AI-driven features and intelligence into the product • User research experience • Some knowledge of HTML/CSS • Based in the EMEA region
