📋 Description

• Responsible for creating presentations / reports • Collaborate with the Digital Team to provide real-time optimization recommendations and ensure KPIs are achieved • Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities that might affect clients • Provide best-in-class service managing deadlines while overseeing multiple campaigns and acting as the primary contact for clients • Understand all paid campaign elements and strategies • Ensure account success: Proactively monitor campaigns, interpret results, troubleshoot issues, and deliver performance updates to partners, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon metrics • Communicate effectively with clients and manage their expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Must work MST or EST hours • Experience with META and PPC is essential • Experience in advertising or marketing companies (Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus) • Strong track record in client service • Highly organized and strong attention to detail is a must • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
