📋 Description

• Lead large, high-impact Workday implementations and drive the solution strategy • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders • Guide and mentor teams of consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring successful outcomes • Provide strategic guidance on business process improvements and optimization of Workday functionality • Troubleshoot complex issues, identify system bottlenecks, and propose long-term solutions • Drive business development efforts and contribute to new client proposals

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HCM technology consulting or enterprise systems • 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with a strong focus on Talent-related modules • Proven success leading Workday Talent implementations, including Performance, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Talent Reviews • Strong configuration expertise across Workday Talent • Working knowledge of Core HCM and Business Process Framework • Demonstrated ability to translate talent strategy into scalable system design • Experience managing client relationships, project delivery, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
