• End-to-end responsibility for our strategic retail accounts – from assortment and placement strategies to annual planning • Build and develop long-term partnerships with a focus on assortment expansion, category growth and product launches • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data, derive concrete measures and actively manage all KPIs to maximize revenue, sell-through and profitability • Negotiate terms and strategic frameworks with the aim of achieving sustainable and scalable success for both parties • Develop account-specific activation strategies (POS activities, promotion planning, rollouts) in close collaboration with Marketing and Operations
• Professional experience: You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, ideally in FMCG or beauty retail, with proven success in expanding drugstore partnerships • Retail & Category Management: You understand the structures, processes and KPIs of brick-and-mortar retail, are familiar with category management, shelf optimization and sell-through drivers, and use this knowledge for strategic decisions • Negotiation & Partnership Management: You are experienced in negotiating terms, listings and framework agreements and build sustainable, value-creating relationships with retail partners • Analytical thinking: You use sales and market data to identify revenue potential, derive strategies and make data-driven decisions • Project management & organization: You independently manage retail projects and promotions, coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, and implement measures on schedule • Communication & Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams and external partners, advise stakeholders at all levels and ensure clear information flows • Innovation & Growth Mindset: You bring new ideas for retail activations, proactively identify growth opportunities and actively shape the retail strategy
