📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channel • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs • Reach out to passive candidates and generate interest in new career opportunities • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing strategies • Provide market insights on talent availability, recruitment trends, and hiring challenges • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and best practice sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) • Proven experience in active sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels • Experience supporting recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar roles • Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment
