📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, XING, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs • Reach out to passive candidates and generate interest in new career opportunities • Partner closely with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies • Provide market insights on talent availability, trends, and recruitment challenges • Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and best-practice sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German language skills (C1/C2) for professional business communication • Good command of English to collaborate effectively within an international team • Proven experience in active sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels • Strong understanding of the German recruitment market, particularly in technical recruitment, skilled trades, and blue-collar hiring • Ability to engage passive candidates and convert initial conversations into successful recruitment opportunities
