📋 Description

• Deliver live 90–150-minute sessions, mostly online, using session designs and written briefs prepared by Programme Scientists • Prepare from the written brief at least five working days before each session • Facilitate structured practice, including small-group work, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching • Manage diverse participant dynamics, including sceptical senior participants, quiet groups, and debate-focused participants • Submit brief written session notes within 48 hours of every session • Participate in accreditation before the first client session • Remain open to observation and feedback after sessions • Potentially extend the role to follow-up coaching with the same group

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting • Strong online delivery, including running breakout groups, keeping cameras on and energy up, and handling session mechanics • Comfortable delivering material you did not write while adhering to a prescribed structure • Skilled at running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults • Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes • Fluent, credible professional English and comfort with senior audiences • Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures • Desirable: coaching qualification or experience delivering one-to-one and group work • Desirable: additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language • Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design
