📋 Description

• Lead workforce elements of the medical review programme • Lead the development of medical workforce transformation plans • Influence and advise senior leaders on workforce risks • Support the medical workforce review through safe transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in an HR Business Partnering role working with medical workforce • Thorough understanding of medical and dental terms and conditions • Experience working with senior managers and managing complex cases • Proven experience leading workforce aspects of transformation • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders • Ability to analyze information and provide recommendations • Ability to occasionally travel within the UK
