• Drive revenue growth across print, digital, events and medical education products • Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients, building strong long-term relationships • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the portfolio • Develop commercially effective solutions tailored to client objectives and campaign goals • Work closely with the Associate Publisher to support commercial growth across the portfolio • Build relationships with clients, associations and industry contacts to increase market visibility • Collaborate with editorial, marketing and production teams to deliver successful campaigns on time • Contribute ideas for new commercial opportunities, products and client partnerships • Manage your pipeline and workload effectively to achieve targets and deadlines • Attend industry meetings and events across the UK when required
• Experience selling solutions and working towards commercial targets • Confidence building relationships and managing client accounts • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Commercial awareness, with a proactive approach to developing business opportunities • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively • A collaborative mindset and confidence working cross-functionally with different teams • Experience working across print, digital or event-based products (nice-to-haves) • Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical education sectors (nice-to-haves) • Experience managing longer-term client relationships (nice-to-haves) • International client exposure (nice-to-haves)
