📋 Description

• Own reliability and performance across the cloud platform by defining and driving SLOs, monitoring, and incident response • Lead complex Azure cloud deployments from planning and design through rollout and operations • Build and evolve automation and infrastructure-as-code for a reliable, secure, scalable, and operable platform • Champion platform tooling and work directly with other teams to drive adoption • Partner with the Cloud Architect and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver the cloud vision and roadmap • Mentor other engineers and multiply the impact of the team

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on observability and reliability experience, including SLOs, monitoring, and incident ownership • Experience with Azure Monitor, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar production observability stacks • Proven experience running Kubernetes, specifically AKS or similar, at meaningful production scale • Strong Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code experience • Solid CI/CD pipeline expertise • Cloud security fundamentals including IAM, least privilege, encryption, and compliance • Track record of driving adoption of tooling across other teams • Initiative, ownership, technical excellence, and ability to drive work to completion
