📋 Description

• Develop and operate platforms for scalable APIs supporting product and engineering teams • Standardize and automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes • Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native platform solutions • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows • Develop platform tooling, internal services, and APIs in Go, Python, or Rust • Own the further development of API infrastructure, including API gateways, authentication, and authorization • Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability through monitoring, logging, tracing, and optimization • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience through standardized platform services and self-service offerings • Support modern security concepts including Zero Trust, secrets management, and network segmentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and operating production-grade cloud and container platforms, ideally with Kubernetes and Docker • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform • Comfort working in modern cloud environments • Experience with API gateways and API standards and technologies including REST, gRPC, GraphQL, and OpenAPI • Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and mTLS • Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD • Proficiency in at least one backend programming language: Go, Python, or Rust • Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry • Practical knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering, availability, incident management, scalability, and performance optimization • Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, and modern security architectures • User-focused mindset and interest in continuously improving platform experience
