📋 Description

• Directly report to the VP of Sales, Drug & Specialty • Develop and deliver business plans and long-term strategic initiatives • Responsible for all aspects of the Walgreens business including strategic account development, budgeting, spend management, pricing strategy • Active management and tracking of budgets including shipments, ad spend, markdowns, returns, and misc. spending to manage P&L • Demonstrate strong selling skills and comprehensive product knowledge • Develop annual business plan in conjunction with the VP of Sales • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams • Maintain and develop best-in-class internal communication • Manage and execute end-to-end process of annual planogram conversion execution • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models • Monitor customers to determine focus of sales efforts • Travel to regional/National accounts for business planning meetings – estimated at 30%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, marketing, or related field • Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred • 5+ years’ experience in a sales leadership position • 7+ years of sales experience • Proven work experience as a Director of Sales or similar role • Experience within cosmetics, beauty, or personal care is highly preferred • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals • Ability to travel up to 30%
