• Meet overall sales objectives & KPI’s • Demonstrate success in improving the health of your business • Utilize CRM to identify and translate knowledge of our products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities • Develop and execute a territory business plan; maintain profitability and growth of clinics within assigned area • Launch new product and service offerings • Build effective relationships across all targeted clinics through consultative selling • Conduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and adjust strategies as needed
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years sales experience, preferably inside sales • Success in previous roles including creatively finding opportunities or solving problems to drive advocacy • Uses analytics and insights to enhance decision-making and tactical execution • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment, self-starter • Verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to travel 10% for training
