📋 Description

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing deals. • Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through subscription sales and renewal of maintenance agreements. • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing complex issues and identifying new opportunities. • Regularly evaluate pipeline quality and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement. • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the territory. • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Channel Managers, and other internal teams to drive revenue and reduce conflicts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. • At least 5 years of proven sales or account management experience in a subscription-based or ARR-focused environment. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and value-based selling methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and implement innovative sales strategies.
