📋 Description

• Overseeing and supporting the financial operations of Mastercam’s European entities • Serving as the primary finance business partner for the region • Ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust financial analysis, and compliance with local and corporate requirements • Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial results • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making • Monitoring internal controls • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements • Coordinating with external audit and tax advisors • Acting as a liaison between European business leaders and the U.S. headquarters finance team

🎯 Requirements

• Charted Accountancy Qualification (or similar) Essential • 6 - 9 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles • Experience supporting multiple entities, regions, or international business units • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills • Solid understanding of month-end close, balance sheet management, reconciliations, and financial controls • Ability to interpret financial data and provide clear, practical insight • Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities • Experience supporting finance and accounting operations within European entities • Knowledge of European statutory reporting, VAT, tax, or local compliance requirements • Proficiency using ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar • Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes, assess financial impacts, and develop practical solutions
