📋 Description

• Define and execute the data vision: Own the strategy and roadmap for our data platform—modern pipelines, connected datasets, and scalable infrastructure designed to support and extend our AI platform and analytics. • Build AI-ready data foundations: Deliver clean, connected, and compliant datasets, external APIs, and streaming data to power AI and reporting. • Own analytics & reporting outcomes: Ensure our analytics product and data export offerings solve valuable customer needs, and support the value of our connected platform through connected insights. • Enable AI at scale: Partner with AI/ML teams to identify how our data can fuel new predictive, prescriptive, and generative capabilities. • Modernize while you build: Lead the evolution from legacy systems to a modern, monetizable, and AI-ready data platform. • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineering, compliance, commercial, and AI/ML teams to deliver high-impact data products under real-world constraints. • Monetize data assets: Develop strategies to turn data into customer-facing and revenue-generating products, licensing opportunities, and embedded insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading data products and 2+ years in regulated domains (life sciences, pharma, healthtech, etc.) • Proven experience building AI-ready data foundations—orchestrating pipelines, ensuring lineage, quality, and machine learning readiness. • Track record of monetizing data assets through analytics products, APIs, licensing, or embedded insights. • Hands-on familiarity with streaming data, real-time ingestion, and near real-time analytics at scale. • Experience with data connectors and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, custom APIs, etc.).
