📋 Description

• Source, screen, and interview chefs across multiple geographies • Support recruitment for internal Biospan roles (including contract preparation) • Own the ATS (Greenhouse): stage movement, notes, candidate communications • Maintain pipeline hygiene: role intake, scorecards, weekly reporting, balanced sourcing mix • Run background checks and verify insurance/right-to-work; coordinate contract issuance • Build and maintain tagged talent pools by cuisine, dietary complexity, and location • Report weekly on pipeline metrics, bottlenecks, and next actions • Handover hires to Operations with full notes, start date, and availability • Improve the recruitment playbook: sourcing methods, email templates, onboarding steps

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in recruitment using ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus) • Proven fast-fills in hard-to-source roles (hospitality/chefs is a big plus) • Strong English • Organised, fast, calm under pressure; proactive with same-day comms • Data-driven and experiment-minded (you track what works)
