📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Real Estate services (lease management, brokerage, facilities) and Staffing services (temporary labor, direct hire). • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; maintain strong relationships to ensure performance and compliance. • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk. • Monitor market trends and benchmark pricing to optimize procurement decisions. • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. • Partner with internal teams (HR, Real Estate, Finance) to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. • Track spend, savings, and supplier performance; prepare reports for leadership review.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of procurement experience, preferably in Real Estate and Staffing categories. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office Suite. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. • Certifications (Preferred) CPSM, CPP, or similar procurement certifications.
