• Shaping product roadmaps into meaningful, deliverable functionality • Gathering and analysing requirements for smarter processes • Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and offshore teams • Building strong relationships across teams • Creating high-quality artefacts like process models and user journeys • Supporting offshore teams day-to-day • Tracking progress and surfacing risks • Rolling up sleeves for hands-on testing

• Experienced Business Analyst • Strong analytical skills • Confident communicator • Excellent time management • Client-focused and outcome-driven • Collaborative and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels • Experience working with offshore teams is a big advantage
