📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of liability adjusters handling: Property Damage (coverage, estimates, subrogation) and Bodily Injury (non-represented through litigated claims) • Oversee end-to-end claim lifecycle • Provide direction on: Coverage analysis, Liability determination, Reserve setting, Settlement strategy • Manage litigated claims and outside counsel relationships • Drive file quality, cycle time, and indemnity/expense control • Coach team on: Negotiation strategies, Litigation management, Complex claim handling • Ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations and internal standards • Partner with clients/stakeholders (if TPA environment)

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of liability claims experience • Direct experience handling BOTH PD and BI claims • Strong experience with: Represented and litigated BI claims, Attorney negotiation and settlement strategy, Coverage analysis and liability investigation • 3–5+ years of leadership experience (Supervisor/Manager) • Experience managing multi-state claims • TPA or third-party claims environment experience • Commercial Auto and/or General Liability exposure • Experience leading mixed PD + BI teams • Claims system proficiency (Guidewire, etc.)
